This Sound Bath Meditation is led by Tamara, a certified Sound
Healing Practitioner. Bring a mat and a pillow and get ready to be
"bathed" in sound frequencies and vibrations for a deeply restorative
session. Sound Therapy is an alternative meditation practice that safely
alleviates anxiety, stress, chronic pain, emotional blockages, and
insomnia. It also may help lower blood pressure, balance the nervous
system, and reduce depression.*
During this session
Tamara will play singing crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and a few
other instruments to create a relaxing space where you can deeply relax
and release.
This program fills
out very fast. Please let us know if you register but need to cancel as
we usually have several people on the waiting list.
Due
to the nature of this program, we ask that you arrive on time. Class
begins at 11 am promptly. Once the session begins the doors will be
locked in order not to disturb the meditative state of all
participants.
